Mass Emailing

The Mass Emailing module allows users to create and send bulk emails directly from the ERP/CRM, using pre-defined recipient lists from contacts, customers, or suppliers, and includes features for content creation with a WYSIWYG or HTML editor. It provides performance tracking, such as open and click-through rates, supports personalized content through integration with other Dolibarr data, and can automate certain campaigns or actions. Users can also configure the module to connect to external email servers for sending, enabling professional email management directly within the platform.
